What?
AIFA is going to be hosting a free mini-hackathon at the University of Texas at Dallas on September 30th, 2023 that would promote the field of Artificial Intelligence and its importance among high school students in the DFW area. The hackathon will be a competition to create some sort of application(website, android/ios app, desktop app) using ChatGPT or Bard’s API to promote social good. There will also be a beginner division, in which students with no prior coding experience can use Google Appsheets to develop an application using their AI. During the event, we will equip beginner and advanced students with workshops, such as how to use Bard's API to develop an application(Advanced) and how to use Google Appsheets to use AI to develop an app (Beginner) for the chance to win prizes such as scholarships, cash, and more.
