Abstract: Authentication is an integral part to any user facing application. Logging in, creating an account, and logging out are functions we use all the time. However, they can be complex parts of your application. In this workshop, we'll cover the basics of authentication and walk through the pitfalls of implementing auth on your own and the perks of using a third party service like Auth0 to securely log users in and out of your application.
